Happy feet!

Your feet really do an incredible amount of work on a daily basis-every time that you walk, run, jump, dance, the forces that your body exerts to initiate movement are transferred through your feet directly to the ground, and as a result, sometimes your feet may need a bit of ‘me time’ to get them feeling in tip top shape again!
It may sound like I’m stating the obvious, but most if us spend a great deal of time moving around on our feet, it’s what we were designed to do! But equally in my experience it is one of the most neglected areas of the body when it comes to having actual manipulation of the soft tissues (muscle and fascia)

The reason your feet are often left out of the treatment process is because we take them for granted most of the time, and because they usually serve us well, we forget about them, especially when it involves having them worked on thoroughly.
Through my work doing muscle therapy and sports massage I have noticed that most lower leg, shin and calf aches and pains are greatly improved upon and helped by extensive, yet subtle work.

I find that most of my customers who want or need some work doing on their feet actually find it very relaxing as well, so if you are looking for a treatment that is less intense, you can always book in for a ‘foot massage’ and just chill out for half an hour!
